I will provide only evidence-based and realistic health plans. During our journey, you will develop a better relationship with food, understand what food and nutrients your body needs during these changing times and have the tools to implement a plan to feel better now and a healthier future.
During your initial session, we will review your current concerns, symptoms, history and health goals. From there I will create a personalized health plan that includes targeted nutrition, supplements as needed and lifestyle recommendations. We will use follow-up sessions to review your goals, meal planning, discuss progress, troubleshoot difficulties and make any necessary adjustments to your health plan.
Via telephone, video call or portal messaging through a secure and HIPAA-compliant platform (all of your information will be kept safe).
I get it, you are busy! Don’t worry, we will make it work. Follow-up sessions are typically only 30-45 minutes. The initial session will take ~ 1 hour. Portal messaging provides more flexibility in time.
24 hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule a telephone or video call.
We will usually book your follow-up session during your current session. If you are unable to book at that time, you are able to self-book at any time, but will depend on availability.
